With over 20 years of experience under the toque, our chef, Sambas Herman, has worked to deliver the Montreal area with a unique culinary experience that has delighted tasters near and far. With a focus on exceptional quality and bold flavors, our chef has made the world of authentic cuisine unconditionally fun and accessible. Passionate for cooking since a young age, Chef Sambas grew up in Cianjur, Indonesia, where he discovered his interest in hospitality and cooking. He pursued his study in passion for hospitality in Swiss and culinary in Canada.
